BASIC INFO

WHAT

A two-day event allowing Adult Education (AE) coordinators to come together to learn and to share knowledge, tools and experiences relating to their work as coordinators at the Erasmus+ National Agency: additional information in the attached programme.

WHEN and WHERE

Wednesday 12 September 2018: arrival to City hotel, Ljubljana
Thursday 13 September 2018: whole day meeting

WHO

The general rule is that one participant per agency can attend. Where an NA wishes to send more than one person, this can be exceptionally considered where sufficient justification is provided (for example, where there are different persons working on different actions, or supporting different processes at the NA). In all cases, the event has a maximum capacity of 40 participants, so, please contact us directly and we will do our best to involve anyone who wishes to participate up to this maximum ceiling.

COSTS

There will be a fee for each participant of approximately EUR 600, which will cover accommodation (two nights maximum), meals, event facilitation and a guided tour around Ljubljana. Your National Agency will be directly invoiced after the event.

PREPARATION

We look forward to welcoming you in Slovenia and remain available to provide further information and/or clarification as needed.

To make the best use of time onsite, in Ljubljana, participants are given a small preparatory task (homework) – Advance Preparation.
